Any access request will be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you and you verifying your identity by providing us with: (a) a copy of your passport or driving licence certified by a solicitor; and (b) an original copy of a bank statement or utility bill with your current address and dated no earlier than 60 days prior to the date when you make your subject access request.
